Ir order to know departure times, you just need to make a request of booking with the date of travel and you will see all available departure times.

We share with you the requirement of punctuality. Knowing the schedule, arriving early and respecting it allows you to travel with complete peace of mind.

In case of doubt, the Company strongly recommends that travelers check before departure for check-in and boarding deadlines, as well as departure and arrival ports. Because of the lengthy check-in procedures, travelers are advised to arrive with sufficient time to complete departure procedures, especially if you have documents to check or large amounts of luggage (to be reported at check-in).

Check-in is mandatory and usually begins one hour before departure. Unless otherwise specified, the traveler must have completed the check-in process and be ready to board at least 20 minutes prior to departure.

Failure to do so may result in reservations being de-prioritized and passengers being denied boarding and their seats being sold, with no possibility of cancellation or refund.
For better service, we recommend that passengers arrive at the check-in desk at least 30 minutes prior to departure with the required travel documents.

After check-in, we recommend that all passengers proceed directly to the boarding gate with their boarding pass. Unless otherwise indicated, boarding begins 20 minutes before departure. Failure to do so may result in the passenger being denied boarding.
